    Those were some wild donuts!!!

I stopped here while on vacation in Paso Robles, and really enjoyed getting to try the crazy--but delicious--donuts at Twisted and Glazed!

I got some sort of raspberry vanilla donut (I forgot the name), and loved it! For one thing, the presentation had me stunned! The donut was GORGEOUS, and that's a word I don't typically use to describe said food item. But it's true! The donut had a layer of vanilla glaze, a little piping of raspberry ganache, and a beautiful swirl of raspberry buttercream to top it off! And better yet, not only was it super pretty, it tasted great too! A+ on quality!

My only complaint is that the donuts were labeled incorrectly in their display cases which made picking one out very frustrating. Since the donut name labels weren't next to their respected donuts, I couldn't tell what was what and had to ask the employees multiple times what the name of a certain donut was. Not only was this irritating to me, a costumer, but it also seems like a lot of unnecessary trouble for the employees. Why not just, umm, label the donuts correctly???

But taking into consideration the great taste and presentation of the donuts themselves, I can overlook this issue. I'm glad I stopped at Twisted and Glazed, and can easily say that the donuts there are INCREDIBLE! If you're in the area, you won't want to miss out on getting one (or two... or a gazillion)!

Donut get it twisted, get it glazed -- On our way to Ventura and made a quick pit stop in Paso Robles for some sweet treats. This cute little donut shop, Twisted and Glazed is open 24/7 - perfect if you're wanting a late night dessert. SO many unique donuts to choose from, all reasonably priced. I'm used to paying to $3-4 per speciality donut but I was able to steal a 1/2 dozen for $11!

I got the root beer, Cookie Monster, worms n dirt, peanut butter & jelly, maple bacon, and unicorn

24/7 donuts!! Finally no more only donuts for breakfast! Happened to walk by this very hip little donut house, I say house because they are more than just those delicious little round doughnuts of goodness, oh no. First, I spied a old fashioned chocolate, with butterscotch chips, m&ms and chocolate glazed, it was just fabulous. The cake itself was very moist and airy and the combination of toppings was excellent, sweet crunchy chocolate and butterscotch a winning combo.

What's that on the next shelf in the back... over in the corner yes, one of those too please, smoked bacon and maple glazed ~ pure bacon maple nirvana on a regular doughnut simply purely omg delicious the smoked bacon chunks abound, the maple glaze rich and velvety, the doughnut light airy and fried to near perfection, another excellent choice

A beautiful assortment of pastries and beyond craft bakery goods, freshly brewed coffees and teas. Along with a good variety of fresh baked yumminess.

Kind and friendly staff, was welcomed as I walked in by the young lady working the early evening of my recent visit. She helped me acquire my two doughnuts to go and it was inexpensive to cheap by comparison and definitely for the area.

4 Stars a cool, laidback neighborhood gathering place with tasty bakery items and beverages to wash them all down with...

Definitely worth a visit and stop by if you're in the area and open 24/7 you can have a doughnut anytime!

What a cute place! Old antique furniture with an eclectic flare. Went after dinner for a sweet treat. They have rolled ice cream, donuts in a decent variety of flavors, a small breakfast/sandwiches menu. I think they need to display their rolled ice cream options better. They don't exist on the posted menu but rather pictured on their machine which is easily looked passed since it's tucked behind the door you enter. Pictured was rolled ice cream taco-ed in the maple bar which I didn't notice until after I ordered. They have an extensive rolled ice cream menu but only had two flavors the day we came. Our ice was supposed to come with a donut hole skewer but was given to us in a bag instead. I'm kinda glad since we were able to save them for later but the presentation wasn't as spectacular. The ice cream was very good. I'll definitely have to try more of the donuts later!

Super cute concept and the flavors were really interesting.  It was just my daughter and I on a Sunday morning after the Wine Fest debauchery the day before.  Need I say more?  Between the two of us, we ordered 6 donuts! ha!

Maple Bacon - this was our favorite
Lemon Cheesecake - didn't like the lemon curd at all
Blackberry Cheesecake - pretty tasty but more berry maybe?
Banana Pudding - this was good
    German Chocolate Cake - wasn't a fan
    Cinnamon Roll - total disappointment

Overall I think this is a place everyone should try once just because the concept is cool, but for me, nothing was outstanding enough to indulge regularly.  Everything was to sweet for my tastebuds.  But I can see kids LOVING it here.  The Maple Bacon was decent but I found myself just picking the bacon off and eating that. We cut each donuts into 4ths and left quite a lot untouched.

If you have a sweet tooth (which to be fair I really don't) and enjoy a good glazed donut with unique toppings, Twisted is for you!
